For a WFC World Series Berth

1.WFC annually issues at large berths to our World Series Events. These must be secured early.We encourage all teams to play A class. At large berths for the WFC B Class World Series must review and submitted.


2.If a team wins a WFC World Series Qualifier event.
Then the team has 10 days to take berth and Pay entry fees/


WFC BERTHS BY STATES

North Carolina

For 8u 10u,12u,14U,16u,18u North Carolina teams MUST play TBA

or
If a NC team wins a WFC World Series Qualifier event.Winners of a WFC World Series Qualifiers do not have to play a WFC State events for qualifications.
The team has 10 days to take berth and Pay entry fees/


South Carolina
For 8u 10u,12u,14u,16u,18u South Carolina teams MUST play the SC State on June 17-19,2011 in Sumter,SC
or
If a SC team wins a WFC World Series Qualifier event.Winners of a WFC World Series Qualifiers do not have to play a WFC State events for qualifications.
The team has 10 days to take berth and Pay entry fees


Georgia
For Georgia teams 8u 10u,12u,14u,16u,18u can qualify by playing the WFC Georgia State Tournament in TBA
or
If a GA team wins any WFC World Series Qualifier event.Winners of WFC World Series Qualifiers do not have to play a WFC State events for qualifications.
The team has 10 days to take berth and Pay entry fees/


Ohio
If a OH team PLAYS any WFC World Series Qualifier event.
Then the team has 10 days to take berth and Pay entry fees/


New Jersey
New Jersey
For 2010, 10u,12u,14u,16u,18u New Jersey teams MUST play in a NJ WFC World Series Qualifier event. 1st & 2nd place teams earn an automatic bid, all other participating teams must request a bid from Pete Yakalis, NJ State Director, for approval pyakalis@aol.com
or 732-731-9880.
If a specific division does not have a state qualifier, teams must contact the State Director for an “At Large” bid.
Teams have 10 days to accept bid and pay registration fee.




West Virginia
For 8u 10u,12u,14u,16u,18u New Jersey teams MUST play the WV State on June TBA,2011 in TBA
or
If a WV team wins a WFC World Series Qualifier event.Winners of a WFC World Series Qualifiers do not have play a WFC State events for qualifications.
Then the team has 10 days to take berth and Pay entry fees


Flordia
For Flordia teams must play one WFC event.
prior to World Series.Also the GA State is open to sanction FL teams


Virginia



Hardship cases for qualifying berths are considered.








Eligibility for 2010/2011:

The players age on Dec 31, 2010 is the eligibility
age group



1.A team that has won 75% of games and has placed 1st or 2nd in three or more WFC events Must attend the WFC A Class in the World Series in Myrtle Beach,SC.

2.A team's roster is frozen(This means a player on a team going to a WFC World Series
can not quit and go play for another team attending WFC World Series) when a team plays a WFC State to finish qualifications to attend a WFC World Series Event.Event.All players for the WFC World Series must be on a WFC State's WFC rosters.

3.If a team plays a WFC State Event and is not attending a WFC World Series Event there rosters are open.


4.If a team accept a berth to a WFC World Series Event by winning or receiving a passed down berth from a WFC Qualifing event the roster is frozen only for the WFC World Series, not for any other WFC events.(This means a player on a team going to a WFC World Series
can not quit and go play for another team attending same WFC World Series)

5.For the WFC B World Series teams can add 2 players, due to possible players getting sick, parents have to work, players decisioning not to play softball anymore and many more possible reasons. These players must come from B teams.
A B team can not pick up players from a A team.A player release form from WFC is required to add players.

For WFC A Class World Series teams can add 5 players.(This means a player on a team going to a WFC World Series
can not quit and go play for another team attending WFC World Series)


This is only enforce for WFC events.

6.For all WFC World Series teams must have 2 copys of a WFC Roster. One will be turned in and other will be signed and returned. Then during all WFC World Series games the head coach must have a WFC director signed roster along with copys of birth cert.in the dugout thru out all WFC games played

7. After a team turns in a WFC signed roster at check in, no players can be added.

8. A paid berth does not pass down or include gate fees.
(Paid berths can have requirements from each individual WFC directors)


Rules of Conduct
If a coach is ejected from one game in a tournament he/she is subject to be ejected from the entire tournament. If a coach is ejected from two games in a tournament he/she will automatically be ejected from the entire tournament
