World Fastpitch Connection held their annual National Swing for a Cure softball tournaments in Florence and Walterboro, SC on October 15-16, 2016. This year, we were battling the affects of Hurricane Matthew and floods but were still able to host these two tournaments. Monies raised from team entry fees, t-shirt and merchandise sales, etc were donated on December 22, 2016 to the American Cancer Society. This year, WFC donated $3,200!! The teams were decked out in their pink everywhere and tournament t-shirts sold out!!!

WFC is truly grateful for the continued support to raise money for such a great cause and hope that next year’s numbers continue to exceed our expectations. These events are very near and dear to our hearts and hit home for us.  We hope the rain, floods, and hurricanes stay away next year so that we can continue to make these events grow and raise more money.
