Kelly has a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Master's in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and at the beach. |

Doug Speight Phone: 843.862.4199 Doug Speight resides in Bennettsville, SC and been with World Fastpitch Connection since 2011. Doug worked for the City of Cheraw for 33 years and retired in 2016. Doug moved from umpiring since 2011 to UIC and Tournament Director in 2019. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame with NSA in 2010. His expertise and dependable attitude make him an asset to WFC. |
