All complexes are rented to WFC and their individual gate fees, rules, regulations are in effect. All copyrights are World Fastpitch Connection, LLC. 

Teams must pre-pay fees. Entry fees will increase after May 22,2016 to $650.00


This event is a 5 game format, 4 pool games seeded into elimination bracket. Some teams can play 5 to 8 games. This is based on the team performance.

There are no guarantee in the amount of games a team could play.

All teams must have birth certificates and proof of insurance in the dugouts during all games. This tournament will be seeded from pool play games

  A team representative MUST check in at 8am thru 10am at NMB Sports Complex on Monday June20 2016 They must fill out a survey, give a cell number, and pick up bracket. Teams must have 2 copies of a signed WFC Roster. One will be turned in and the other will be signed and returned. Then the head coach must have the WFC signed roster along with copies of birth certificates & team insurance in the dugout throughout all WFC Summer Nationals games played. There is no gate or parking fees to this event. Coaches remember failure to turn in a signed WFC roster can lead to disqualification. Judgment Calls cannot be protested. All protests are $300.00 cash per request. After a team turns in a WFC signed roster at check in, no players can be added. Example no player can be on a 12u team roster & play on that team then play on & be on another age group team roster in the same event. This will lead to both teams being disqualified. Brackets will be available at check in. Brackets will be seeded for this event so pool play games will be finish the inning but can end in a tie. Also at check in the representative must pay a $58.00 field usage fee per team. There are no gate or parking fees to this event.
WFC Festival will start Monday at 12:00pm. in NMB Sport Complex. WFC staff will be on these fields, players can sign up as they want, Limit to 4 per event. Event Details TBA. WFC Picture tent will be set-up.

Preferred outfield distance 150-200 feet

Pitchers may pitch a maximum  6 innings on any day. Inning can be broken down example into 2 a day for 3 days but when 6 inning are reached. then a 24 hour rest period.

Run rules are 12/3, 8/4, 6/5.

 

Base Length 60 feet

Pitching Distance 46 feet

Preferred outfield distance 175-200 feet

Game length 6 inning

Lead Offs: Runner may leave the base after the ball cross thew plate

Dropped thrid strike. The batter is out but can run at their own risk.

Balks will not be called.

** Your WFC Sanction ID is your State Abbreviation and the number you were assigned during the sanctioning process. After submitting the Tournament Entry Form ,go to the BuyNow link under the General Info tab to pre-pay for the event or mail a check payable to World Fastpitch Connection (WFC) and send to: PO Box 51746 Myrtle Beach, SC 29579

**Teams that don`t pre-pay for events by the required dates, entry fees are increased by $35.00. Fees paid via mail or online must be paid no later than two weeks prior to the start of the event date.

Teams are required to sanction annually with World Fastpitch Connection (WFC). Sanctioning year is September 1 - August 31 Annual sanction fee is $35.00. Your team must sanctioned for the current year in order to submit your Tournament Entry Form.

All teams must have team insurance and are required to submit a copy of the policy prior the start of your first game at each event. For insurance, see our official insurance agent. Teams must have birth certificate and insurance policy in the dugout during events.
