Check-in for coaches will be Friday Dec 6, 2013 TBA. 



We would like to remind all teams that you may preorder your WFC Winter Nationals T-shirts to ensure that you get the sizes that you want. The price is $15.00 each and may be ordered in sizes Youth Medium through Adult XL.  We will have t-shirts available at the tournament on a first come first serve basis. 
 



Teams are allowed ONE team cooler. Also No grills or grilling at the Sports Complex.
 


 WFC does require that all parents, fans, coaches and players are on their best behavior while attending WFC Winter Nationals Events. WFC will not tolerate any unpartisan like behavior. Anyone who shows that they cannot behave in a proper manner will be asked to leave the complex immediately or the police will be called. Coaches please understand that sometimes there are calls that you will not agree with all the time.



Teams please clean up dugouts after you use them.



Everyone should realize the schedule is subject to change. By teams dropping out, or adding teams, due to rain, lights not working, field damage, games going extra inning,mistake made in schedule, and many more reasons. EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK SCHEDULE DAILY BEFORE & DURING THE WINTER NATIONALS .Because of this, teams need to expect the possibility of late games on any night and tournament format can be changed.



In case of inclement weather all coaches must come to the fields to check in with WFC staff for any updated game schedules. Please do not call or go to the website for any updates because the WFC staff will be at the complexes with schedule updates.
 



TEAMS: ONCE YOU ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT AND YOUR SPOT IS RESERVED; IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE NOV 15TH, 2013 YOU WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED ONE-HALF OF THE TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE; IF YOU WITHDRAW AFTER NOV 15TH, 2013YOUR TOTAL TOURNAMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. (NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED).Refunds will be issued after the event has been played.



In case of catastrophic occurrences such as but not limited to hurricanes, fire, floods, etc.; a tournament may be cancelled regarding the safety of all teams and families. If cancellation occurs teams may incur up to a $200.00 charge for event costs.
