WFC will have zero tolerate on anyone questioning balls & strikes. Any unsportsmanlike behavior or anyone who shows that they cannot control their behavior in a proper manner will be asked to leave the complex and can be banned from the event also immediately or the police will be called. Coaches are responsible for their players, assistant coaches, and fans.
Heat Warning: Due to extreme heat in this area in July, please drink plenty of fluids before, during and after the tournament.
The lightning system. The lightning system detects lightning within 10 miles of the park. Once lightning is detected it will alert 1 long blast and the light will come on. Everyone should take cover in their vehicle immediately. It is mandatory to clear dugouts & bleachers. After 30 minutes without lightning, the system will alert 3 short blasts and the light will go off. (The system is installed on top of the concession building). Then everyone may return to the field of play. We know this is often difficult when time is sensitive however, SAFETY is our #1 priority. Please make sure all teams are aware of the system and expectations when playing here.
*Teams must turn in a signed WFC roster for each WFC event.
*Coaches & players must have proper equipment & uniform.
*Players cannot play with any jewelry including breakaway necklaces
*Teams must have a birth certificate for each player on the roster & team insurance policy in the dugout during all WFC games.
*No warming up on the infields before the games.
*Questioning balls and strikes can lead to an ejection from the tournament. Coaches are responsible for controlling their team, players & parents.
*If a coach is ejected from one game in a tournament he/she must sit the next game at the tournament director’s discretion and he/she is subject to be ejected from the entire tournament. If a coach or player is ejected from two games in a tournament he/she will be automatically ejected from the entire tournament.
AT ALL WFC GAMES PLAYED TEAMS MUST HAVE BIRTH CERTIFICATES AND INSURANCE INFO IN THE DUGOUTS
This event is a 4 game format, 2 pool games then seeded into double elimination. There is no guarantees in the number of games a team could play. There is a daily $8.00 gate fees
1st thru 4th team awards
1st and 2nd placed teams receive individual & team awards

TEAMS: ONCE YOU ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT AND YOUR SPOT IS RESERVED; IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TOTAL TOURNAMENT FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. (NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED).
In case of catastrophic occurrences such as but not limited to hurricanes, fire, floods, etc.; a tournament may be cancelled regarding the safety of all teams and families. If cancellation occurs teams may incur up to a $250.00 charge for event costs.
